Very bad customer service in Trivandrum international airport.they are trying to refuse the passengers even they have visa and vaccination certificate.i was traveling to Vietnam and atcthe past moment for the flight they are asking me for RTPC test even the Vietnam gov didn't want.its ridiculous .the counter staff athe airport they are forcing me to take antigen test and then they arrange me a taxi to the hospital.i Guess they are sharing the commission from the hospital and from the taxi.it
Irresponsible Scoot. Travel requirements information listed by Scoot were inaccurate. I relied on Scoot information n made booking. Now Scoot declined refund. Disappointed. After all, refund do not cost Scoot any money. After this experience, I will stay away from Scoot. Prefer a more dependable and compassionate company. Poor and negative experience. Sad that consumers are always at the losing end.
